The Chamber does not negotiate with cities on behalf of companies and does not represent either side in incentives, site terms, or contracts. Its role is to organize a trusted path so companies and cities can understand each other and speak directly.

The Corridor is the follow-up structure beyond initial entry. It helps Korean companies and Texas regional partners move from market interest into stabilization, supply chain connection, logistics, workforce, and long-term cooperation.
